Rugby at Emirates Dubai: November

This November, The Seven Stadium is set to host premier Rugby tournaments as part of the Emirates Dubai 7s, featuring the top-tier 24 international teams, comprising 12 men’s and 12 women’s teams, in action for the SVNS series. 

About Rugby at Emirates Dubai:

Rugby is a fast, exciting, high-scoring game that requires a lot of space for players to run. It originated in the 19th century in England. The game is based on 7 players per team; their main goal is to score the highest points by carrying the ball across the opponent’s try line. After each cross, the team will get five points.  After the try, the team attempted a conversion kick for 2 extra points. 

The game total lasted 14 minutes, divided into two halves of 7 minutes each.

About Dubai 7s: 

Dubai is set to host the elite competition HSBS SVNS in November 2025, featuring a total of 24 teams, comprising 12 men’s and 12 women’s international teams, including Rugby highlights from New Zealand, South Africa, Fiji, Australia, the USA, Great Britain, China, and Kenya. The game is set up for 14 minutes of play, divided into two halves. Rugby 7s is highly loved by adults and teens, especially in Dubai, where the 7s experience is enhanced by a high-voltage atmosphere, accompanied by food, music, dancing, costumes, and fun.
