About Bentoya Kitchen:

It was launched in 1997 in Dubai by a Japanese chef, Shinji Tanachi, with his savory Japanese cuisine and aroma, which soon made him recognized in the UAE as a Japanese Cuisine Ambassador for promoting Japanese culture.

The ambiance at Bentoya Kitchen is warm, with an interior design featuring wooden furniture and Japanese art, accompanied by soft lighting and gentle Japanese music, making the place a humble, comforting, and perfect spot to enjoy food with family and friends.

They served a wide variety of food to give you the best experience of Japanese cuisine. First they served starters, Gyoza, Ebi Tempura, Takoyaki, and Okonomiyaki. In the main course, they serve Maki sushi; the famous ones include the Salmon Avocado Roll, Spicy Beef Unagi, and California Rolls. They also served as Bento boxes that contained grilled Karubi Bento, Tempura Bento, and special bento boxes, which included miso soup, steak, tuna-salmon, and specialized rice bowls. The options include Ramen and Hot Pot as well.
