Dubai Airport Rush: Update for Passengers
From July 6th to July 17th, Dubai Airport DXB is expected to face an enormous rush of travelers, with approximately 3.3 to 34 million passengers, averaging around 265,000 passengers daily. That will result in changes to flight timing disruptions.
Travel Disruptions, but still operating
After the conflicts between the two countries and the missile strike, Dubai Airport DXB was still in full operation; however, some flights were delayed and canceled, and there were disruptions in flight patterns due to the cautious adjustments.

Guide for Travelers:
Travelers are advised to arrive at the Airport 3 hours before departure time. The non-travelers who accompanied travelers for drop-off are pleased to stay outside the Airport, as it’s a step towards controlling overcrowding at the airport. Travelers with families should drop off their luggage the night before the flight, as this will expedite the immigration process. High traffic is expected at the airport parking and around the airport, so it will be convenient for passengers to take the metro between terminals.

Friendly Advice:
As summer vacations approach and the DXB airport is fully prepared to welcome passengers, flights may be delayed due to the peak rush in the early days of July. An update about the airport and flight can make traveling smoother, so it’s best to check flight status, arrive early at the airport, and try to avoid gathering with non-travelers inside the airport.
