UAE Announces Fuel Prices for April 2025

If you drive a vehicle, you’ll be pleased to know that fuel prices in the UAE will drop for April 2025! Starting from April 1, 2025.

Here are the updated fuel prices:

  • Super 98: Dhs 2.57 per litre, down from Dhs 2.73 in March 2025

  • Special 95: Dhs 2.46 per litre, down from Dhs 2.61 in March 2025

  • Diesel: Dhs 2.63 per litre, down from Dhs 2.77 in March 2025

It’s good news for drivers, as fuel prices are lower across the board. Below is a look at the Super 98 fuel prices in the UAE from January 2024 to April 2025:

Here are the monthly fuel prices in the UAE for 2024, including 5% VAT:

  • January: Dhs 2.82 per litre

  • February: Dhs 2.88 per litre

  • March: Dhs 3.03 per litre

  • April: Dhs 3.15 per litre

  • May: Dhs 3.34 per litre

  • June: Dhs 3.14 per litre

  • July: Dhs 2.99 per litre

  • August: Dhs 3.05 per litre

  • September: Dhs 2.90 per litre

  • October: Dhs 2.66 per litre

  • November: Dhs 2.74 per litre

  • December: Dhs 2.61 per litre

The UAE Ministry of Energy has been setting fuel prices based on global averages since August 2015, after the subsidy was removed. This change has made fuel prices more responsive to global market fluctuations, affecting consumer costs.
